1. How are my orders delivered ?

You can send your courier to pick up an order at our facility: it is preferable to advise us which transport company and your account number and we will make the necessary arrangements once your order is ready to ship.

We can also use our transport company and send the shipment pre-paid. You can also come to our offices to personally pick up your order during our regular working hours.

2. What is a self-inking stamp and how does it work?

A self-inking stamp is a rubber stamp inside of a mechanism that contains a spring, stamp and a pad. The stamp rests on the pad when it’s not being used. This way when you want use the stamp it is ready to go. Self-inking stamps are practical, very clean and easy to use!

3. How do I replace my inkpad?

That depends on the model of the stamp.  You can contact us for details.

4. How do I set the text on my DIY stamp correctly?

First bring the stamp into the locked position. Then position the individual letters on the plate using the tweezer. It is important to make sure that you set the tests mirror imaged, that is right to left.
